What is payment redirection on the AB website?

We define your high-risk website as Website A and your low-risk website as Website B. When your customer makes a payment to purchase a product from the high-risk Website A, they will be instantly redirected to the low-risk Website B. The low-risk Website B is integrated with our Cloak API, which will instantly generate an order for the same amount as on the high-risk Website A, and then immediately redirect the user to the PayPal or Stripe page.

Redirection process and information.

The redirection process is completed within approximately 1 second, so your customers usually won’t notice. Additionally, the final redirected page is the PayPal or Stripe payment page, which makes your customers feel secure. For the payment gateway, the order they receive comes from your low-risk Website B, effectively concealing your high-risk Website A.

We hide the product name and product description in the order. The payment gateway only sees order information from your low-risk Website B, with the order details displaying only the order number, for example, Order NO: #200655. Your customers’ invoices will show Order NO: #200655 and your registered company name with the payment gateway as “xxxx,” where “xxx” is the company name you used when registering with the payment gateway.
